License Agreement

This License Agreement governs your use of the Odd Studio software you purchase. When you buy a tool, you own your copy — bought once, yours to keep. This agreement sets out what you can and can't do with it.

1. Grant of license

Subject to this agreement, Odd Studio AI grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased software for your own personal and commercial creative work, on up to two computers that you personally own or control. 2. What you may do

• Install and run the software you purchased.
• Use it to create content, including for commercial projects.
• Keep using the version you bought, for as long as you like.
• Receive updates as described below.

3. Restrictions

• Don't resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the software or your license key.
• Don't share your license key publicly.
• Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code, except where the law expressly allows.
• Don't remove or alter any copyright or license notices.

4. License keys & activation

Your purchase includes a license key issued through Lemon Squeezy. The software may validate this key to confirm your license is active. A license key may be deactivated if the order is refunded or charged back.

5. Ownership of the software

The software, its code, and all intellectual property in it remain owned by Odd Studio AI. This license does not transfer ownership of the software itself to you.

6. Your creations

Anything you generate with the tools is yours. Odd Studio AI claims no ownership over your output and never receives a copy of it.

7. Updates

Your purchase includes all updates and improvements we release for the version (major release) you bought, at no extra cost. Future major versions may be offered as separate products.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach this agreement.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
