Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Odd Studio website and our software tools. By buying, downloading, or using our tools, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

1. Who we are

Odd Studio AI ("we", "us", "our") operates odd-studio.com. You can reach us any time at hello@odd-studio.com.

2. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, to purchase or use our tools. By using Odd Studio you confirm that you are an adult.

3. Orders & payment

You can pay by card or with cryptocurrency. Card payments are processed by Gumroad, our reseller and Merchant of Record for those orders — when you pay by card you also agree to Gumroad's terms of use, and Gumroad shows and calculates any tax due for your location. Cryptocurrency payments are taken through our own checkout, using NOWPayments as our payment processor; for those orders, Odd Studio AI is the seller. Either way, the price is shown before you pay, and your license key is emailed to you once payment is confirmed.

4. Your license

Your purchase grants you a license to use the software under our License Agreement. You own your copy's license; ownership of the software itself remains with Odd Studio AI.

5. Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you create with the tools and how you use it. You must not use them to:

• create sexual content depicting minors, or any depiction, voice, or likeness of a real person without their consent;
• clone, synthesize, or reproduce a real person's voice or likeness without their documented consent, or to defeat voice- or identity-based authentication;
• create content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• impersonate a real person in order to deceive, defraud, or harm;
• break the law of your country or of any place where you publish or share your work.

You alone are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to the content you generate and distribute. Where a tool fetches from third-party platforms (for example, downloading a YouTube video to transcribe it), you alone are responsible for whether that is permitted under that platform's terms and the law; our tools are neutral, and we are not responsible or liable for how you use them or for any breach of a platform's terms. Some tools add product-specific rules in their in-app terms — for example, Vox Studio's rules on cloning a voice. Those in-app terms form part of these Terms for that tool.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy — through Gumroad for card orders. Cryptocurrency orders are final and non-refundable, though your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you create with our tools. We claim no rights over it and never receive a copy. You are solely responsible for that content.

8. Intellectual property

The software, this website, our branding, and our content are owned by Odd Studio AI or our licensors and are protected by law. Nothing in these Terms gives you rights to them beyond the license you purchase.

9. Disclaimers

The tools and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected; you are responsible for reviewing what you generate before relying on or publishing it. If you are a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Your responsibility for your use

You are responsible for what you create and publish with the tools, and for complying with these Terms, the Acceptable Use section above, and everyone else's rights. If you use the tools in the course of a business, you agree to reimburse us, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any third-party claim, loss, or cost arising from your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use section, from content you create or publish using the tools, or from your infringement of anyone else's rights. This does not apply to any loss caused by our own breach or negligence. If you are a consumer, you are not asked to indemnify us, and nothing here affects your statutory rights.

12. Termination

Your license and right to use the tools end if you breach these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections of the country where you live.

14. Changes

We may revise these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
